Small Groups
The Christian Family Centre is a church where everyone is an important member of our family. We work hard to make church to be a place where people feel at home. From home bible studies to intimate discussions groups we endeavour to connect people in caring relationships.
Practical craft groups like our Card Making days on Monday and our Pies and Guys on Thursday lunch provide the opportunity for authentic relationships.

Small Group studies connect people in regional locations and provide the ideal forum to journey together as disciples learning to follow Jesus.
Serving together is also a way of practically supporting each other and reaching out to our community. As neighbours to Risdon Prison our church engages in many ways to support inmates and their families.

Prayer and Devotion
​
Prayer is an integral part of our relationship with God and foundational to our relationship with each other. We recognise the importance of encouraging and helping people to grow in their prayer and devotional life. Our bible study groups frequently support people through a shared devotional reading schedule and prayer focused groups actively engage in prayer for those with needs. Through VMTC we train and equip people in prayer and support the wider christian community.
We offer our members and attendees free access to RightNow Media, an online church video library. Essentially, it’s a Netflix for Bible studies with videos for kids, students, singles, parents and married couples by outstanding christian teachers All the content can be accessed from a phone, tablet, computer or television.
